Two separate attempts to abduct schoolgirls in AucklandDAVID WALKER/FAIRFAX NZ The incident allegedly occurred on Beachcroft Ave while the second occurred in an alleyway between Santos Pl and Waitangi St in Onehunga. Police are investigating two separate reports of men trying to abduct schoolgirls in Auckland. In the first incident, a man allegedly tried to force a teenage girl into a car in the suburb of Onehunga. The man, drove up to her and said her mother had sent him to pick her up. Since October last year, there have been more than 12 reports of a young man inappropriately touching women running or jogging in the Onehunga area.
