Oluwatobi AkindeleTwo persons were rescued on Sunday after a storey building under renovation collapsed at No. 36 Adesanya Street, Mafoluku, Oshodi, Lagos State. It was gathered that the incident occurred barely two weeks after a building collapsed in the Magodo area of the state. PUNCH Metro learnt that the building was being secretly renovated to avoid being marked by officials of the Lagos State Building Control Agency. The Lagos State Emergency Management Agency, which confirmed the incident, said no death was recorded.
