Two red shirts jailed in Pattaya caseWorachai Hema (left) sentenced to four years in jail while Pol Lt Col Waipot Arpornrat failed to show up and faces arrest warrant. The pair failed to show up when the Supreme Court's ruling was read by the Pattaya provincial court on Sept 11. The court dismissed their plea, saying the confession could not be made at the Supreme Court. Since another suspect, Palang Pratcharath MP Pol Lt Col Waipot Arpornrat, failed to show up in court on Tuesday, the court issued an arrest warrant for him. It will read the Supreme Court's ruling against Pol Lt Col Waipot on Jan 15 next year.
