Cape and Kantary Hotels is proud to announce it is to open a restaurant in mid-December at its Samui property, Cape FahnLong dtai is the name of the restaurant and it means ‘heading south’ which is exactly what David Thompson will be doing. David is working with Tirawan Taechaubol, Group Project Development Manager of all the Cape and Kantary Hotels, to set up this new restaurant. “I walked onto Cape Fahn island and didn’t want to leave. As I sat on the terrace of the restaurant I began to think of how to achieve just that. A restaurant that sits on the crest of the island, overlooking the sea, offering the best of locally found food.
