Kevin Spacey has not yet commented on the casesTwo men have filed lawsuits against Kevin Spacey alleging that he sexually assaulted them when they were in their early teens. One of the men is Anthony Rapp, an actor whose allegations, first aired in 2017, prompted accusations from others and brought Mr Spacey’s career in film and television to a halt. They had met when Mr Rapp was a child actor on Broadway. Mr Rapp says in his case that during a party at Mr Spacey’s Manhattan apartment in 1986 the older actor groped him, lifted him on to a bed and lay on top of him. Mr Rapp, 48, who was 14 at the time, said that he was able to flee.
