KUWAIT CITY, March 24: Customs officers at the Kuwait International Airport have foiled the attempt of an Ethiopian coming from Addis Ababa to smuggle 2 kilos of khat into the country, reports Al-Anba daily. A security source said the passenger appeared confused when he approached the inspection desk, and that the contraband was hidden in his luggage. He has been referred to the concerned authority.
