After nearly four years of vacancy, a Silver Spring storefront is preparing to once again bustle with the sights, sounds, and smells of an active restaurant. A new concept called Eri Star Cafe and Restaurant is bringing new life to a long-idle space in the Cloverly Village Center, reports local media outlet MoCo Show. An opening timeline is not presently available for Eri Star, however signage is up, suggesting forward momentum. While a great deal of information is not presently available about Eri Star, the form submitted for the liquor license provides a little illumination as to what’s in store for Silver Spring foodies. Eri Star does not have a digital footprint yet, however What Now DC has reached out to ownership and will update readers as more details become available.
