Those detained were identified as 22-year-old Shoriful Islam Rocket, and 28-year-old Jahidur Rahman. They were picked up from Madila (north) area of the Upazila, RAB-5 Assistant Director Sheikh Nazrul Islam said in the press statement. Natore-based RAB’s company commander Major AM Ashraful Islam led the raid. Rocket was caught with one foreign-made pistol, two magazines and two rounds of ammunitions from his possession. Jahidur was nabbed with 24 contraband Yaba tablets from the same spot.
