An 11-year-old girl was allegedly molested and a video of the act was shot in southeast Delhi’s Ambedkar Nagar. Police said they have arrested two persons, including the one who had allegedly recorded the video. On Tuesday afternoon, the girl’s father approached police with a complaint that his daughter was molested by a shopkeeper when she had gone to buy groceries. The man then circulated the video on some local WhatsApp groups, following which the father of the girl learnt about the incident, he said in the complaint. Based on a supplementary statement by the complainant alleging that his neighbour had recorded the video, he, too, was arrested, police said.
