Two giving talk tonight on French-Canadian genealogy


WOLFEBORO — Two experts in the field of French-Canadian genealogy will present a program “Strategies and Hints for Researching Your French-Canadian Ancestors” today at 6:30 p.m. at the Wolfeboro Public Library. The program is sponsored by the Lakes Region Genealogy Interest Group and the Wolfeboro Public Library and is free and open to all. Savard has lectured on many topics of French-Canadian research with a focus of establishing solid research techniques. Normand has given lectures on many topics of French-Canadian research, including hereditary diseases peculiar to the French-Canadian population.
