KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 10): Luster Industries Bhd executive directors Yap Kean Kok, 46, and Yap Yoke Chuan, 45, have both resigned from the board of Luster Industries Bhd, after only four months on the job, citing "personal reason". Yoke Chuan is the wife of Luster managing director Gary How Soong Khong, while Kean Kok is How’s brother-in-law. Yoke Chuan, Kean Kok and How were appointed to the board of Luster on June 7 this year. He once caught media attention, after he expressed an intention to take up shares in Masterskill Education Group Bhd in March 2014. Luster shares closed up 0.5 sen or 8.3% to 6.5 sen today, for a market capitalisation of RM112.57 million.
