SINGAPORE (Oct 10): GuocoLand announced that its development, Tanjong Pagar Centre, has received the temporary occupation permit for office component Guoco Tower and the basement retail component. Guoco Tower is an 890,000 sf Grade A office, with an 80% commitment in Oct, up from 10% in Jan, including signed leases and those under advanced negotiations. The development features a “livable vertical city” concept, according to Cheng Hsing Yao, managing director, GuocoLand Singapore, where the workplace is integrated with lifestyle amenities. Tanjong Pagar Centre is expected to be fully completed by early 2017. Shares in GuocoLand closed flat at S$2 today.
