FAISALABAD: Two police officials arrested on the charge of abusing powers and taking illegal gratification from a drug trafficker. Police said on Sunday that ASI Fahad of CIA Staff, Factory Area and constable Ansar had reportedly arrested a drug trafficker Zaman Khan along with 45 kg hashish. They let the accused go after accepting an amount of bribe from him. On a complaint, the RPO ordered an inquiry and the allegations of corruption were proved true. Both the officials were arrested and further investigation against them is under progress.
