Two children have been killed after they were mowed down by a car in central west New South Wales, with the driver then fleeing on foot from the carnage. Emergency crews are at the scene, where multiple children were hit in a high-speed crash at Wellington, north of Dubbo at around 4.30pm Tuesday afternoon.
