A pig belonging to Prasarn Arintharapaeng, a deputy superintendent of the Wang Chin police station, was still on their pickup truck. Pol Col Prasarn found one of his 13 pigs missing after returning from a chanting rite on Saturday night. Mr Suchart said they planned to sell the pig and share the money -- but his wife put the brakes on the decision.
