Two arraigned over alleged theft of church property


Aladejare Adekunle, 29, and Agbetiloye Olaoluwa, 24, whose addresses were unknown, were charged with conspiracy, burglary and stealing. Michael Olukayode on July 19 and Dec. 1 and stole church property worth N221, 500. He said that the accused committed the offences at the Christ Shekinah Ministries premises, Igbaletoro, Oke-Ila in Ado-Ekiti. According to him, the offences contravened Sections 411, 145 and 390 (9) of the Criminal Code, Laws of Ekiti State, 2012. The Chief Magistrate, Mr Adesoji Adegboye, granted them bail in the sum of N100,000 with two sureties each.
