Twitter on Saturday removed the blue tick, which lets people know that an account on the social media platform is authentic, from the personal handle of vice president M Venkaiah Naidu. However, the official account of the vice president of India, @VPSecratariat, which is run by the vice president's secretariat, still has a blue tick next to it. "Twitter has withdrawn blue verified badge from the personal handle of vice president of India, M Venkaiah Naidu," news agency ANI quoted the vice president's office as saying.
