The tribunal investigating bribery claims against former Supreme Court judge Philip Tunoi has ended its sessions. Tunoi and DCJ Kalpana Rawal were effectively retired after the Supreme Court declined to suspend an appeal court ruling on their retirement case. Rao said they will prepare a report based on the evidence before them and present it to President Uhuru Kenyatta, without making a conclusion.
