The woman who allegedly plotted to kill her ex-husband with a family friend's help has been charged with conspiracy to commit murder. Monica Wambua, 38, and Pappias Mureithi denied the charges before chief magistrate Ann Ong'injo at Kibera law courts on Monday. They were arrested last Tuesday for allegedly conspiring on May 7 to kill Eric Murigu in order to acquire his wealth.
