PETALING JAYA: Tune Talk chief executive officer Jason Lo has denied a media report that he was detained in Dubai recently for drug possession, according to a news portal. He said he had grappled with a man who turned out to be an undercover cop, the portal reported. Earlier Thursday, Harian Metro reported that the chief executive officer (CEO) of a local telecommunications company was detained at the Dubai International Airport for drug possession in September. “He was arrested by UAE officials on Sept 18 after arriving from Amsterdam,” the source said, according to Harian Metro. “After two weeks, the CEO was transferred to the Al-Alweer Central Prison to serve his sentence,” the source said.
