According to records filed with the Federal Election Commission, Obama for America paid Perkins Coie more than $972,000 after April of 2016. A second batch of payments, also classified as “Legal Services,” were sent to the firm in September 2016, totaling nearly $700,000. The Free Beacon has agreed to cooperate with the House Intelligence Committee to help the Committee verify this assertion.
