A new Wall Street Journal report suggests financier Kevin Warsh is the "front-runner" for President-elect Donald Trump's Treasury Secretary position. "I think he [Trump] cares deeply about how the markets will react to this very important selection. He understands both the important substantive as well as the image-related elements of the Treasury Secretary appointment. It is probably going to be the person that is going to be the most watched appointment on his economic team," Chen told Yahoo Finance. Regarding Warsh specifically, Chen describes him as "an outstanding choice" who "understands the issues" associated with the role, while possessing a good understanding of market dynamics.
