In particular, I want to thank President Condé, who is representing the African Union. In this room, I see partners for promoting prosperity and peace on a range of economic, humanitarian, and security issues. We also hope that African firms — like the company Sasol — consider making investments in the United States. Terrorist groups, such as ISIS, al-Shabab, Boko Haram, and al-Qaeda also threaten African peace. Africa, I have to say, is a continent of tremendous, tremendous potential.
