Photo : BSSDHAKA, Mar 26, 2026 (BSS) - Cultural Affairs Minister Nitai Roy Chowdhury said that upholding the true history and empowering the people will form the foundation for building a prosperous Bangladesh. He emphasized the presentation of the true history of the Great Independence to the new generation, saying, "A nation gains the strength to move forward only by upholding the true history." He further said that the true history must be protected from distortion and that everyone's contribution should be accurately presented. Expressing strong commitment to cultural heritage, Nitai Roy Chowdhury said culture is the soul of a nation.
