Just last week, an RCMP officer in Nunavut was caught on camera using his truck's door to knock a man over before arresting him. Northwest Territories Premier Caroline Cochrane said adopting body cameras could help the RCMP regain public trust. The RCMP has run two pilot programs on body cameras.
