The incident occurred at Tikorparha around 6:15pm on Friday, Bianibazar Police Station OC Chandan Chakraborty told bdnews24.com. He identified the deceased people as Sibbir Ahmed, Dulal Mia, Gulzar Ahmed and Abdul Ahad. The OC said three died on the spot when the Sylhet-bound truck rammed the auto-rickshaw. Dulal died when he was being taken to the hospital, he added. The injured people - auto-rickshaw driver Abul Hossain and passenger Hossain Ahmed - were sent to Osmani Medical College Hospital.
