I flew with Flybe from Birmingham to Amsterdam in April and when I boarded the plane my cabin bag was deemed to be oversized. I was charged £50 to place it in the hold. Having travelled on the same route using the same cabin bag with Flybe earlier in the year, I was very disappointed. To make matters worse, when I landed, my bag had not arrived. I do not understand the inconsistency behind my bag being allowed on board without question on previous flights, yet being stopped and checked this time.
