MANILA, Philippines — Tropical Storm Ramon remains stationary over the Philippine Sea, the state weather bureau said Saturday. In its 4 a.m. weather bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Ramon was last spotted at 440 kilometers east of Casiguran, Aurora. The tropical storm is expected to exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) Thursday morning. Meanwhile, the northeast monsoon or “amihan” will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rain over the Ilocos Region and the rest of Cordillera. Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain shower due to localized thunderstorms, Pagasa said.
