MANILA, Philippines — Tropical depression Domeng will bring moderate to occassional heavy rains and thunderstorms over Eastern and Central Visayas, Caraga and Davao regions, state weather bureau PAGASA said Tuesday. The tropical depression packs winds of 45 kph and gusts of up to 60 kph. "Domeng" will not make landfall but may bring occasional moderate to heavy rains over the western sections of Luzon and Visayas this weekend. Meanwhile, PAGASA is also monitoring another low pressure area within the Philippine area of responsibility spotted 1,193 kilometers east of Luzon.
