Mr Flynn was remembered him as a “thorough professional” who was always ready to offer a helping hand by friends and colleagues. Jane Last, Head of News at Independent Newspapers said: “James Flynn was one of the most talented photographers in the country. His pictures regularly graced the pages of the Irish Independent, Sunday Independent, the Herald, and featured on Independent.ie.
