A special retirement celebration was held on Friday last for a woman who has given 50 years of service to a Roscommon Town business. Sadie McCabe retired from Molloy’s bakery, Abbeytown, Roscommon on Friday and a special celebration was held to mark the occasion. Hundreds of well wishes have been posted online for Sadie, and the team at Molloy’s Bakery have described her as the “heart and soul” of the bakery. “While we'll miss her dearly, we celebrate the joy, laughter, and incredible spirit she brought to Molloy's Bakery. Here's to you, Sadie, on a retirement filled with endless joy, relaxation, and the sweetest moments,” said the team at Molloy’s Bakery.
