TRANSPORTATION Secretary Arthur Tugade imposed a self-quarantine on Wednesday after he was exposed to a person who tested positive for the coronavirus disease-2019 (Covid-19). Transportation Assistant Secretary for Communications Goddes Hope Libiran said in a Viber message that Tugade was exposed “last Thursday and Friday”. Libiran also said she would be on self-quarantine, as she was with Tugade. Finance Secretary Carlos Dominguez 3rd, Senators Sherwin Gatchalian and Nancy Binay also decided to go on self-quarantine after they came into contact with persons who tested positive for the disease..
