So I'm going to be signing a national emergency. I don't know what to do with all the money they're giving us. Everything else we have so much, as I said, I don't know what to do with it; we have so much money. I don't think it's ever been -- I just don't want to be second-guessed. But any deal I make, toward the end I'm going to bring Schumer -- at least offer him -- and Pelosi.
