The modifications, to be enforced on an experimental basis for a fortnight, will include a three-way signalling system at the junction in front of the Media Academy. Vehicles bound for Ernakulam from the Infopark side will have to cross the signal junction. Vehicular traffic to the other three sides will be regulated by the traffic signal. The road from the collectorate joining the Seaport-Airport road will also be designated for one-way traffic. The modifications were presented by RTO Reji P. Varghese at a meeting convened by District Collector K. Mohammed Y. Safirulla.
