But for millennial buyers, the trade-off is a detached house with a yard for about 60 per cent less than in Toronto. “We were looking for a city that was still close to Toronto because we had both sets of parents there. We wanted a city that was a bit smaller in size that would just give us a more balanced lifestyle,” she said.
