The man allegedly poured human waste on students at university campuses in downtown Toronto this week, police say. The man was arrested around 6 p.m. on Tuesday in the Queen Street West and Spadina Avenue area. Two incidents happened near the University of Toronto, and another in a library at York University. On Sunday, the man is said to have entered York’s Scott Library at 4700 Keele Street, assaulted a woman and a man before fleeing again. In Monday’s incident, the man allegedly approached a woman and dumped a bucket of human waste on her near the intersection of College Street and University Avenue just before midnight.
