Ron Moeser. The longtime Scarborough councillor died of complications from lymphoma at the age of 74, his office said. Saddened to hear about the passing of my friend and fellow Councillor, Ron Moeser – my condolences to his family during this difficult time. Gary Crawford said he would miss not only his colleague, but his own city councillor. Sad to hear the passing of not only my colleague but my City Councillor Ron Moeser, My thoughts and prayers are with his family.
