The Toronto Blue Jays’ bullpen continues to serve up misery on a platter. The Jays are now 11 games under .500 and the season is getting close to the point of no return. Jays manager John Gibbons said he has to continue to show confidence in his bullpen. The Jays’ run of poor record of hitting with runners on base continued in the third, though not for a lack of trying. After Pillar walked to lead off the inning, he was sent to second on a single by Darwin Barney.
