On Tuesday, an appeal bench of four led by the chief justice has scrapped the appeal by the authority of Suprabhat Paribahan seeking a stay on the High Court order. Suprabhat Paribahan ‘must pay’ the amount of Tk 1 million as the Supreme Court ordered it, said petitioner Advocate Ruhul Quddus Kajol. More to follow
