Jaleel laying the foundation for a library complex at Malayalam University, Tirur, on Saturday. Mr. Jaleel gave away the educational aid given by the university students union to poor students. Jaleel has said that efficiency, qualification and academic excellence should be the only criteria for appointments in higher education sector. Mr. Jaleel said that Malayalam University made progress in three years largely because of the fair appointments made there. had appointed John Mathai as Vice Chancellor and met him in his chamber.
