Gold medallist Shanne Braspennincx, of Team Netherlands, celebrates on the podium with silver medallist Ellesse Andrews, of Team New Zealand, and bronze medallist Lauriane Genest, of Team Canada. Wanaka's Olympic silver medallist Ellesse Andrews joined her father Jon, himself a Commonwealth Games bronze medallist cyclist, in taking home a medal in track cycling.
