I fail to understand what was the object of the argument of the Honourable Gentleman. But, Sir, if the Honourable Gentleman (Sir Charles Tupper) does not know yet what are the causes which have brought on this change of government. The Honourable Gentleman was speaking in the City of Winnipeg, to an English-speaking audience. Does the Honourable Gentleman pretend that he used in the Province of Quebec the same language that he used in Winnipeg or Port Arthur?
