A man of South Asian descent died after being struck in the head by a forklift at a To Kwa Wan construction site on Tuesday. The incident happened at around 9 am while the victim was working at a site near the Kowloon City Ferry Pier. He was knocked unconscious and rushed to Queen Elizabeth Hospital, where he was pronounced dead after resuscitation attempts. Police are currently investigating the accident, and the Labour Department also dispatched officers to the scene for follow-up actions.
