With this, Titu has once again become the mayor of the Mymensingh city corporation. Titu, former mayor of the city corporation, bagged 1,39,604 votes while his nearest rival Advocate Sadequl Haque Khan Milky got 35,763 votes. But for the first time, she left a polling centre without casting her vote. Layli's inability to vote in the Mymensingh city election was due to a mismatch of her fingerprint with the electronic voting machine, leaving her deeply disappointed.
