Times Media took home 13 awards at last night’s Press Awards in London, including Daily Newspaper and Sunday Newspaper of the Year for The Times and The Sunday Times. Tony Gallagher, Editor of The Times, said: “The Press Awards offer us a moment in the year to reflect on what we have achieved. But the recognition at the Press Awards is a lovely perk of the job for everyone involved.”Of the Daily Newspaper of the Year win, the judges said: “Excellent all round.
