"We are determined to resolve the Kashmir issue in a peaceful manner," Rajnath Singh said while addressing press conference. "PM said that the time has come for Pakistan to answer the world, on atrocities against people in Balochistan and PoK," Rajnath Singh said. "Jammu and Kashmir can become a bridge between India and Pakistan, if proper dialogue process is initiated," the Jammu & Kashmir chief minister said after a meeting with Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh .
