Tiger King's Jeff Lowe speaks out after Don Lewis missing person case reopens

The success of Netflix docuseries Tiger King: Murder, Mayhem and Madness has seen the police investigation into the disappearance of John 'Don' Lewis being reopened. The top ranking show on the streaming service looks into the world of exotic animal owners and most specifically the flamboyant Joe Exotic, whose real name is Joe Maldonado-Passage. One of the storylines looks at the mysterious disappearance Don Lewis, the second husband of animal rights activist Carole Baskin. Now, the Florida Sheriff has decided to reopen the missing person case and Jeff Lowe, who is the business partner of Joe Exotic, told Us Weekly that it was "about damn time" that the investigation began again. Lowe currently owns and operates the Greater Wynnewood Exotic Animal Park, as Exotic is serving a 22-year prison sentence for hiring a hitman to kill Baskin.
