Suspects in the Deputy Chief Justice Philomena Mwilu shooting incident have been nabbed in Nairobi’s Eastlands area. Zipo.co.ke has established that two suspects linked to the shooting of Mwilu’s bodyguard last month were arrested in Dandora and two pistols including one used in the incident recovered. The bodyguard-cum-driver was running errands at a seedling dealer along Ngong road when he was attacked by thugs on motorbike. A pistol was stolen from him. The incident led to the DCJ missing a crucial session at the Supreme Court just days to the repeat presidential election.
