Three women and a man have been arrested after a robbery of a cellphone store in Toronto’s west end Monday. In a news release, Toronto police said that four people drove up to the store at Bloor St. W. and Windermere Rd., just east of Jane St. at roughly 8 p.m. A man stood watch outside the store while two women went inside and took physical control of the two employees, police said. One woman then loaded up a large duffel bag with phones and returned to the vehicle, which was driven by another woman, police said. The group fled the area, but where located by police soon after and arrested. On Monday, Felisha Carr, 21, of no fixed address, and Britney Burke-Christie, 20, of Toronto, were arrested and charged with robbery, disguise with intent and possessing property obtained by crime.
