Security forces launched a cordon and search operation at Vailoo in Komernag area of the district early TuesdayThree militants have been killed in an ongoing operation against hiding militants in south Kashmir's Anantnag on Tuesday. A police spokesman said, three bodies were found at the encounter site in Vailoo area of Kokernag belt in south Kashmir's Anantnag. "The encounter started early in the morning when the hiding militants refused to surrender," the police said. A joint team of Police, Army’s 19 RR and CRPF are carrying out the operation. "The search is on in the area," the police said.
